Reporting to the Group Controller your role will include, but will not be limited to:

• Full responsibility for the operational accounting function and managing the small team within this space
• Ensuring that all local and national financial needs of the business are met
• P&L, balance sheet preparation
• Cost Accounting and revenue recognition
• Preparation of monthly income and expenditure reports
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Cash flow reporting and full CAPEX oversight
• Involvement in and driving decision support processes and variance analysis reporting
• SOX Compliance

Our client is specifically looking for a candidate who has a proven track record of leading a successful finance team in a manufacturing environment. The preferred candidate will also have:

• Minimum 5 years post study experience in a similar role
• A CPA or CA would be advantageous
• Strong leadership skills
• A strong business acumen and strategic foresight
• Financial Modelling skills and advanced Excel
